a rainy wadhurst castle engagement shoot

Arriving in the rain for a recent Wadhurst Castle pre-wedding shoot wasn’t a problem at such a beautiful wedding venue, especially when your couple have a sense of adventure and fun! Although I was meeting Amanda and Matt face-to-face for the first time, I already knew that they were super excited about the shoot and that we would get on wonderfully together. After a quick shoot on the staircase we headed for the lake, umbrellas in hand and ready to explore the grounds and the recently refurbished lake. You know when you’re at an incredible wedding venue when bad weather doesn’t spoil the incredible views or stop you shooting! This certainly was the case and it was lovely to be back again roaming the grounds. I shall look forward to several trips to the castle in 2018, Amanda and Matt’s included!
