Fay Millar of Pink Rose Cakes has been creating stunning wedding and celebration cakes for many years and is considered to be one of the most talented and innovative cake designers in Brighton. I have known Fay for 5 years and have photographed and tasted her wonderful wedding cakes on a number of occasions and wholeheartedly recommend her.

Briony of Briony Billingham Floral Design has been creating beautiful floral displays for weddings over many years and never ceases to create something spectacular. It’s funny because I hadn’t met Briony until recently and yet I could always tell when I was photographing her flowers, because they are elegant in their simplicity and strong in design. Fabulous flowers and a glowing recommendation from me.

Sue and Clive Parrish of Eleganza Weddings have been planning weddings for many years and always do a fantastic job. The weddings they plan are timed to perfection, their attention to detail is unsurpassed and their warmth makes them an absolute pleasure to be around. It’s easy recommending Sue and Clive because I’ve seen just how brilliant they are having worked with them many times.

Christina Jessel is a very experienced hair and make-up artist, and has worked in many prestigious theatres, opera houses and tv companies (LivingTV, BBC, Sky) for 20 years. For the last couple of years she has worked extensively with wedding hair and make-up, enjoying creating a personalised look for your special day. I met Christina for the first time in 2010 at an Ashdown Park Hotel Wedding and was immediately impressed by her creativity and professional approach. I love to recommend Christina because I’ve had the pleasure of photographing a number of ‘her brides’ and they always photograph beautifully.

That just leaves me. I’m Paul Fletcher and I’ve traded as Paul Fletcher Photography for 17 years. During this time I have photographed in excess of 350 weddings from Bournemouth to Rye and Brighton to Bedford. I specialise in wedding and engagement photography combining my natural reportage style with skillfully crafted energetic, atmospheric images.

Here are a couple of Fay’s wonderful cakes photographed during one of my weddings at Buxted Park and one in Brighton.

Laura and Richard’s wedding at Buxted Park was wonderful and that can also be said for their wedding cake.   The cake was another masterpiece by Fay Millar at Pink Rose Cakes. The cake decoration was beautiful, the colours were fabulous and it tasted delicious! Here are some photographs that show off Fay’s creation in its full glory.
