Brighton Hotel Du Vin played host to the launch of the 2013 Brighton and Hove Food and Drink Festival today and the food was absolutely sensational. We are so lucky to have so many gastronomic delights in Brighton and Hove, whether it be restaurants, specialist produce shops or hotels and the festival is the perfect way to celebrate and demonstrate them. I sampled some incredible food today, such as the Bleu Des Basques cheese, courtesy of Ritter Courivaud, the Single Gloucester cheese from La Cava a Fromage and sublime canapes and smoked salmon like I’ve never tasted before.
