It seems like only yesterday that I spent the day with Bethan and Tom for their delightful Sussex wedding. The day started in Piddinghoe, a pretty little East Sussex village just South of Lewes. Bride’s preparations was a stone’s throw away from Piddinghoe Church, giving me the perfect opportunity to ensure I didn’t miss a thing and allowing me the opportunity to ditch the car in favour of my legs! A swift bridal party tour of the garden and the local library (spot the library ;-) did little to hinder the short walk to church, and when Bethan finally stood at the alter for the first time, it was a breathtaking and beautiful moment. Put this together with the groom’s endearing playful nature, not to mention his heroic exploits, and a vicar who is without doubt the kindest, most generous and entertaining vicar I have ever met, it was clear I was witness to something very special and that my day would be full of fun. Full of fun it certainly was and by the time the garden games were underway at Northease Manor everyone was completely chilled and ready to let their hair down. Congratulations Bethan and Tom and thank you for choosing me to document your day. So, without further ado here’s my take on your exciting day.
