Alex and Jo and their delightful Rodmell and Westmeston wedding

There’s always something special about weddings with garden receptions and this gorgeous wedding with Jo and Alex was no exception. The warmth and welcome I received was phenomenal and having time to observe and record all the natural moments allowed me to create a set of images that were intimate, fun and chilled. With lots of driving between groom’s and bride’s preps, the church and reception garden, the timings were tight, but achievable with a little careful planning. The ceremony itself took place in the beautiful village of Rodmell, a pretty church in a gorgeous South Downs setting. At the end of the ceremony we spent a little time capturing the excitement outside the church, a few swift groups and then set off for a laid back reception in Westmeston.
