Annie and Tom’s Autumn Upwaltham Barns Wedding

Stepping back to Autumn 2019 now and celebrating Annie and Tom’s wonderful day, in lovely light at Upwaltham Barns. I’d spent a lovely afternoon with Annie, Tom and their black Labrador Olive, shooting their pre-wedding shoot at Bosham Quay, only a few days after they’d returned from Australia, a few months before the wedding. That shoot put them both completely at ease and not only delivered a beautiful set of images, but prepared them for a few short couple shoots on the wedding day too.

On the wedding day we had some rainy weather to contend with early doors and had to keep a close eye on the weather to ensure we could achieve everything we hoped to in amongst the showers. We adapted our plans a little to compensate and the result was another happy, fun and chilled set of images in one of my favourite wedding venues. After the showery weather passed by we were blessed with a golden hour dash around the grounds, half an hour before the first dance. You can’t always guarantee a golden hour shoot, but my goodness I do love them when we get the opportunity. Here’s my take on their gorgeous wedding day. Enjoy!
