love blossoms – Jessica and James bartholomew barn wedding

Our story begins at Spitalfields Market in London, where I first met James and Jessica for a swift chat about their wedding plans, over a cold beer. I instantly knew they were the perfect couple for my reportage approach, which fitted in perfectly with their plans for a chilled and fun wedding day. So, fast forward 11 months and the big day arrives, complete with cracking weather, two stunning West Sussex locations setting an awesome scene, loads of super chilled guests and a couple who feel more like friends than clients. The best results come from being at one with the bride and groom, experiencing their excitement and translating it into a set of exciting and fun images. Here’s my take on their wonderful day and I’m so pleased you guys chose me to make the most of this most fabulous wedding day.
