Blue skies over Lucie and Hugh’s charming Coltsford Mill wedding

When the sun is shining and the skies are blue, I can’t think of any wedding venue I’d rather be at than Coltsford Mill. The grounds are spectacular and the long summer evenings means there’s plenty of time to take advantage of the lovely light around the lakes. Lucie and Hugh chose me to document their day as naturally as possible, allowing them plenty of time to relax and socialise with their guests, and that’s exactly what we achieved. Planning ahead, we still found enough time for two couple shoots around the grounds, and boy did the camera love them; complete naturals! We had a lovely day and a lovely evening and once again I felt completely at ease being with such a lovely group of people and a bride and groom who’s warmth and generous spirit filled me with joy and enthusiasm.
