Oh I LOVE shooting Spring weddings and Pip and Adam’s superb Sussex University and Fitzleroi Barn wedding was no exception. The day started with the perfect backdrop for bride’s preparations, where I was challenged to the max with a 1 hour shooting window. Not to be deterred I soldiered on with the help of the bridesmaids and everything fell into place beautifully! Phew, great start! I was then treated to a wonderful experience, the wedding ceremony in the vibrant and colourful Meeting House at Sussex University. A variety of heavenly hymns from the choir, courtesy of Nadia Bunker Music, complemented the wonderful, colourful light in the room and provided a fitting ambience for a ceremony full of warmth and laughter. As if two wonderful backdrops weren’t enough, I was about to be treated to another exceptional wedding venue, Fitzleroi Barn in Fittleworth, Pulborough. The surrounding countryside is breathtaking and the barn complex has a rustic charm that is incredibly beautiful. Wow, what a fantastic day and I must say a big thank you to Adam and Pip for their warmth and hospitality, for their unbridled spirit and willingness to experiment. So without further ado, here’s my take on their wonderful wedding day!
