I’ve enjoyed photographing a number of weddings at Stanmer House over the years, a beautiful East Sussex country manor house that really is the perfect wedding backdrop, offering many fabulous opportunities to create beautiful images around the grounds and the house as well as outside the venue in Stanmer Park!

My first wedding there came from a lovely couple, Jenna and Chris, and it was then that I realised what a beautiful venue Stanmer House was, having only been refurbished a year or so before their wedding.

The ceremony room in the main house is lovely, with large windows bathing the room in lots of lovely natural light. The architecture is stunning internally, but especially externally and the surrounding park is exquisite.
